We visited Top Hat in Baraboo last fall where we were introduced to their closed gas fireplace inserts. They were very forthcoming about the length of time it would take to schedule the installation. The two young fellows that installed the unit were very polite and thorough. They definitely seemed to know their business. It took a day and a half to install just as we were told. The fireplace really warms our large living area and is very pleasant. Our old unit was nice to look but it did not warm with the efficiency this unit does. This is a very nice addition to our home.
