Tyler and John came to sweep my chimney in Madison yesterday and they went over and above my expectations. I have a very tight fit between my stove and the fireplace opening which they negotiated together, several times. They were on the roof in the snow; they took out a couple of dead birds; they negotiated a trouble spot in the liner; they repaired a connection that was not tight. I was very very impressed.
